ProBuilt is looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our growing gutter installation crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in hands-on work, and want to be part of a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

• Install seamless rain gutters, downspouts, and related components
• Ensure proper slope, alignment, and secure fastening of gutters
• Install hangers, outlets, end caps, miters, and diverters
• Seal joints and connections using appropriate materials
• Measure and mark gutter layout and downspout locations
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Set up ladders and maintain safe work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment
• Maintain clean and organized jobsite during and after installation
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job progress
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and prepare for the next workday

What You Bring:

• Previous construction or gutter installation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work Environment:

This position works outdoors in residential and commercial job sites. The role requires physical labor, ladder use, and exposure to various weather conditions.
